Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Shipping Fees: If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the shipping fees.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or replacements for items that have been unsealed or unpackaged, unless they are defective.

Refunds

  • Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at cs@saucevibes.com.

Special Conditions

  • Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order has shipped.
  • Defective Products: Please email us with your order number and proof (photos or videos) within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will follow up for verification and address the issue accordingly.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: For packages returned due to incorrect shipping information or being unclaimed, we are unable to issue a refund. Ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
