Warranty Service

We strive to provide you with a trusted post-sales service.

Within one year from the date of purchase, malfunction or damage to the electric components of a Sauce electronic device — caused by manufacturing itself or by parts defects — may be covered by our warranty service.

Please keep your purchase receipt to entitle your warranty coverage.

What this limited warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including without limitation wear and tear of buttons, batteries or displays.
  • Defects caused by rough handling, including without limitation defects caused by sharp items, or by repairing, modifying, bending, compressing or dropping the product.
  • Defects or damage caused by misuse of the product, including use that is contrary to the instructions in the user guide supplied with the product or the care instructions on the product page. This includes water damage to any motor housing that is not rated waterproof.
  • Other acts beyond the reasonable control of Sauce.

Sleeves, cups and other consumable parts

Sauce Cup sleeves and similar soft consumable parts are not covered by the device warranty. They are designed to be replaced: a Sauce Cup sleeve lasts roughly 30 to 50 uses when cared for as described on its product page. Heat, hot water, harsh cleansers, non-water-based lubricants, or storing the sleeve damp will shorten its life considerably.

Due to the intimate nature of these products, a masturbation cup is not eligible for exchange or refund if it has no quality issue and the packaging has been removed.

Apparel is not covered by the device warranty.

Making a claim

Email cs@saucevibes.com with your order number and a description of the issue, including photos or video where relevant. For products that arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, as set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

Your statutory rights

This limited warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Nothing in this warranty or in our Terms of Service limits or excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
